FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: kicking device consists of prefabricated body containing support assembly and cover. There are mounting holes in the junction cavity. Inner diameter of the prefabricated body is equal to the rated inner diameter of the surveyed pipeline. At outer surface of the prefabricated body there are supports intended for mounting of spacing pads that compensate difference between diameter of the device and inner diameter of the start-up chamber. At the rear side of the support assembly there is a blind heavy-duty partition with a cup fixed on it. At the front part of the support assembly there are headers intended to thrust into adapter sleeve of the start-up chamber not equipped with kicking force cups. Inside the support assembly and cover there are two semi-rings protruded inwards.
EFFECT: kicking device is passed to the start-up chamber not equipped with kicking force cups, locking, slanting and jamming of multisection fault detectors is excluded.
