SUBSTANCE: using for in-pipe inspection of pipelines. Summary of the Invention is in the fact that from one side of pipeline, installation of start-up chamber for cleaning and diagnostic equipment (hereinafter referred to as "SOD"), at that SOD can be magnetic flaw detector, profiler or cleaning scraper, on the other side of pipeline, traction device is mounted and fixed, SODs through SOD launch chamber is reeved into pipeline, pulling SOD through pipeline using pulling device.

EFFECT: ensuring possibility of cleaning internal surface and conducting in-pipe inspection of pipeline after completion of construction and installation work during construction, re-equipment, reconstruction, major repairs, before putting pipeline section into operation and connecting to main oil or oil product pipeline.
