FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device contains mixer having elastic elements, installed with possibility of spatial movement in three mutually perpendicular planes, loading and unloading devices; the mixer is made of spiral shape with multifaceted helical surface along its internal and external perimeter, and made out of sections installed out of two sub-sections, made out of straps bent to one side along straight bending lines, arranged at angle to the strap edges, and rolled up in ring with alternating creation along the strap length of the different size equilateral, isosceles and scalene triangles; at that sides of the triangles differ from each other by the same linear value Δ divisible by integral value. At both sides of the largest equilateral triangle by their largest sides two similar scalene triangles are installed, their sides are lesser than sides of the largest equilateral triangle by same linear value Δ divisible by integral value, and to middle side of one of them at one side of the strap the lesser equilateral triangle is secured, its all sides are lesser than sides of the largest equilateral triangle by same linear value Δ divisible by two. To second side of the lesser equilateral triangle by its base the isoscales triangle is secured, its lateral sides are lesser than its base by linear value Δ, and hence are lesser than side of the largest equilateral triangle by the linear value Δ divisible by three, and which lateral side is secured to the equilateral triangle having base lesser than its lateral side by value Δ, and respectively is lesser the side of the largest equilateral triangle by the value 4Δ; at that at the opposite side of the strap to the second scalene triangle to the middle side the isoscales triangle is secured by its lateral side, its base is lesser than its lateral side by value Δ, and respectively is lesser than side of the largest equilateral triangle by value 3Δ, and to its base the equilateral triangle is secured by its lateral side, its base is lesser than the lateral side by value Δ, and respectively is lesser than sides of the largest equilateral triangle by value 4Δ, after strap bending along the bending lines to ring the ends of straps which linear value is below by 4Δ of side of the largest equilateral triangle are connected creating subsections, in which at one side a square hole is made, square side is lesser than side of the largest equilateral triangle of strap by value 3Δ, and at another side a hole in form of isosceles trapezium is made, its largest base is equal to side of the largest equilateral triangle, and smaller base is lesser than largest base by value 3Δ, and lateral sides are lesser than the largest base by value 2Δ. The subsections are connected with each other by holes in form of trapeziums creating sections with input and output square holes with sides equal to each other, and these holes are located at angle, its value is determined by spiral shape of the work chamber; at that sections are connected to work chamber with rotation relatively to each other alternatively, rotating CW by angle 90° each next section relatively to the previous section, and then next section is connected with reverse rotation by same angle 90°.
EFFECT: expansion of process abilities, and decreased device dimensions.
