FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: grinder contains a casing installed on the platform with vibrator. The vibrator is installed under the platform horizontally with the possibility of change of form of the casing oscillations trajectory from round to vertical ellipse. The casing is made with spiral shape with multifaceted screw surface over its internal and external perimeter. The casing is made out of sections comprising two sub-sections. The sub-sections are made out of straps bent to one side along the straight bend lines, located at angle to the strap edges, and coiled in ring with alternating creation along the strap length of different equilateral, isosceles and scalene triangles. The triangle sides differ from each other by the same linear values divisible by integral value Δ. Wherein at both sides of the largest equilateral triangle by their largest sides two similar scalene triangles are installed, their sides are lesser then sides of the largest equilateral triangle by same linear value Δ divisible by integral value, and to middle side of one of them at one side of the strap the lesser equilateral triangle is secured, its all sides are lesser then sides of the largest equilateral triangle by same linear value Δ divisible by two. The subsections are connected with each other by holes in form of trapeziums with creation of the sections with input and output holes in form of squares. The holes are located at angle, its value determines the spiral shape of the casing, wherein the sections are connected to the casing with rotation relatively to each other in turn, alternatively with CW rotation by 90° of each next section relatively to the previous section, wherein the next section is connected with rotation in reverse direction by 90°.

EFFECT: expanded process functionality and increased capacity of grinding.
