SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of pharmaceutics and medicine and deal with method of obtaining pharmaceutical finished drug form, containing insulin derivative, with method including dissolution of insulin derivative in water, bringing pH of solution to value higher than pH 7.2, addition of zinc-containing solution during period longer than one minute with constant mixing and bringing pH to value in the range from 7.0 to 7.8, with insulin derivative containing insulin molecule, which has side chain, bound to ε-amino group of Lys residue, present in B-chain of human insulin or its analogue, with side chain having general formula: W-X-Y-Z.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides obtaining pure and transparent insulin solution for treatment of diabetes.
