SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry, to animal breeding. Milking plants, milk lines and milk receiving tanks on dairy farms are disinfected with disinfectant and cleanser, for which purpose anodic water with ambient temperature, pH from 2.0 to 5.0, and Redox – potential from +500 to +900 mV is used.
EFFECT: invention provides the maximum efficiency of cleaning and disinfecting dairy equipment without water heating.
