FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises the division of the pool by a dam down to its bottom into sections of increased and decreased depth of the bottom sediments (BSD), hence, their activity. At lower BSD section decantate is forced prior to freezing-over to the freezing-over depth exceeding the total BSD and decantate protective ply there above. After ice reaches the pool bottom, the BSD section is filled with soil by pushing it on the ice. At higher BSD section divided by transverse dams into cells wherein freezing-over depth does not reach the pool bottom after filling the decantate, protective water ply is delivered onto cell ice before breakup. Note here that before the next freezing-over, decantate is forced from the cells unless the total BSD and protective ply of decantate there above are exceeded by freezing depth. The pulp is fixed similarly it is at the lower BSD section.
EFFECT: increased height of capillary pulp lift in filled soil owing to its higher density at extraction of bound water from bottom sediments by freezing.
