FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: according to the method to produce composite material from wastes, organic wastes and plastic are exposed to grinding, mixing and thermal processing to produce homogeneous mass, then the produced mass is exposed to higher pressure and temperature, and produced material is shaped. Organic wastes and plastic are some solid domestic wastes with moisture content of up to 50%. Grinding, mixing and thermal processing of wastes is carried out simultaneously in a pre-reactor, where moisture evaporation is carried out. Moisture removal from the pre-reactor and mass granulation is carried out at 60-180°C, produced as a result of friction of mechanical elements of the pre-reactor and mass. Exposure of granulated mass to higher temperature and pressure and shaping of the produced material is carried out with the help of an extruder equipped with a heater.
EFFECT: invention provides for processing of moist wastes.
