FIELD: production of building materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for making building materials from municipal solid waste. The method consists in the fact that organic waste and plastic are subjected to grinding and mixing until a homogeneous mass. Before grinding, the waste is dried to a moisture content of 35%, and subjected to grinding to a particle size of 1-30 mm, and the number of crushed particles from 20 to 30 mm should not exceed 20-25% of their total mass. The resulting mixture is subjected to heat treatment, exposure to increasing pressure and passing through the former, heat treatment and exposure to high pressure up to 2000 kg/cm² are carried out simultaneously, whereas the pressure increase is carried out in a pulsating mode, provided by a screw-piston press, which performs up to four horizontal pulses of the screw for one revolution, and heat treatment is carried out at a temperature of 160-200°C with limited access to atmospheric oxygen, the temperature on the surface of the moulder is maintained within 300-320°C due to its additional heating.

EFFECT: improved technical characteristics of the produced composite product from municipal solid waste.
