SUBSTANCE: reactor comprises a vertical body with nozzles for input of initial components and output of finished goods, helical reflecting elements, a rotary central shaft with mixers. Mixers are made as horizontal discs with milling blades, on the lower mixer the milling blades are installed at both sides of the disc, the above mixers are made of discs in the form of rings, which are connected to the central shaft with the help of helical reflecting elements, and milling blades are installed on them only at the upper side of the discs, the outer diameter of the disc of each above mixer is 1.1 times more than the outer diameter of the disc of the nearest lower mixer.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of processes of mixing and dispersion of liquid materials.
