SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the children holding device for use in vehicles. The children holding device for vehicles contains the housing for passenger accommodation, the protruding element, passing outwards from the housing and in essence implemented with a possibility of redraft with reference to the housing, and the device for dissipation of any kinetic energy of redraft of the protruding element. The possibility of adjustment and fixing of the distance to which the protruding element moves from the housing is provided.
EFFECT: improvement of safety of passengers in case of accidents connected with side impacts of the vehicle is achieved.
