FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: claimed device comprises the frame and bent tube connected thereto and provided with heat carrier channel and weight-anchors. Said tube is configured to tube plate with several, at least two, vertical rows and several at least two, horizontal rows of parallel straight sections. The frame is provided with floats, at least with one float, to make the frame floating in water and connected with weights-floats by ropes.
EFFECT: reduced temperature losses, decreased weight and overall dimensions, smaller area and heat carrier volume in the circuit.
