FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: aircraft electric energy distribution network comprises the first and second galvanic isolated power bus lines and the first and second remote data concentrators (RDC), at that each RDC has input/output interface and power supply source, power supply source of the first RDC is connected to the first power bus line, power supply source of the second RDC is connected to the second power bus line, input/output device is connected to input/output interface of the first RDC and to input/output interface of the second RDC; each RDC is made to deliver electric energy to input/output device by the respective input/output interface, at that each RDC includes switch for input/output device isolating and switches are interconnected functionally so that electric energy cannot be supplied to input/output device by two RDCs simultaneously. Method for network functioning is also suggested.
EFFECT: isolation of power bus lines from each other is ensured at single-channel architecture of integrated modular avionics.
