HANGER FOR PIPES CHROMIUM PLATING IN HORIZONTAL POSITION Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC C25D17/06 

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: hanger contains two rods secured in top part by cross-arm with regulated length. In bottom part of each rod opposite to each other the collet bushings are installed with possibility of rotation, on their collets the chromium plated pipe is installed. The collets are released by cone disk using the nut, between it and rod on the bushing a sleeve with spring is installed, the spring presses washer to the rod. On sleeve at one rod a lever of lever-parallel-link mechanism is secured, its parallel lever is hingedly installed in top part of the rod. This mechanism ensures rotation of the chromium plated pipe within 90°.

EFFECT: invention extends functional possibilities of the hanger: ensures quick installation of pipes for chromium plating within different length and diameter, increases easy use of the hanger, and increases number of chromium plated pipes per one bath.
