FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: versions of claimed invention realisation represent dental floss, which includes elastomer matrix, containing one or more particles, where dental floss is modified in such a way that at least one of said one or more particles projects from matrix in growing quantity as stretching effort, applied to dental floss grows. Dental floss is obtained by process, where elastomer block-copolymer, polypropylene, plasticiser and at least one or more particles are mixed and further extruded or cast.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to completely remove food remains and dental plaque, formed between teeth, strengthen tooth enamel and prevent formation of dental calculus, resulting in destruction of teeth.
