FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: catalyst is produced by dissolving a palladium catalyst in supercritical carbon dioxide in the temperature interval of 305-353 K, followed by deposition on an alumina substrate. The palladium complex used is palladium hexafluoroacetylacetonate and dissolution thereof in supercritical carbon dioxide is carried out at pressure of 8-8.5 MPa.
EFFECT: method cuts the time for producing a palladium catalyst to 5 minutes and enables to obtain catalysts characterised by high degree of conversion of acetylene.
