FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: metal foil is suggested with surface complete with conductive layer including carbon nanotubes, at that the conductive layer is applied so that carbon nanotubes are placed at the foil surface chaotically and in quantity of 100 ng/cm2 to 10 mcg/cm2; the method for manufacturing metal foil with conductive layer of carbon nanotubes is also suggested and according to the above method carbon nanotubes are mixed up with dispersion medium until suspension is obtained, and then it is applied onto the surface of metal foil so that quantity of carbon nanotubes at the above surface is equal to 10-100 ng/cm2.
EFFECT: reduced contact resistance between active electrode layer and current collector.
