FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device for the regeneration of an asphalt concrete road surface contains a frame with a running gear, a UHF energy generator placed on it, a horizontally located radiator with a protective screen along its outline and from above the frames and mixing bodies. On the frame pipes for the distribution of surface-active substances are located. The mixing bodies and pipes are located in the radiator zone perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the frame which is fitted with a container with pre-milled waste of polyolefines and a batcher with a calibrated holes located also perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the frame. On the distributive pipes nozzles for the dispersion of a surface-active substance to be added to the regenerated asphalt concrete surface are fixed, each of which contains a hollow cylindrical housing with a throttle washer connected to a cap nut to which a liquid flow divider is fastened. The liquid flow divider consists of coaxially located punched conic shells the space between which is filled with a fine-meshed grid. The tops of conic surfaces of the shells are facing from the throttle washer aside, a spherical punched segment is fixed in the lower part of the flow divider in such a way that the top of the external conic shell coincides with the centre of the spherical surface of the punched segment.
EFFECT: improvement of the quality of the regenerated asphalt concrete surface coating.
