FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device for fast recovery of asphalt-concrete road pavement comprises the frame with chassis, SHF generator located on it, horizontally located radiator with protective shield along its contour and on the top of the frame and stirring mechanisms. Tubes with nozzles for distribution of surface-active substances are located on the frame. Stirring mechanisms and tubes are located in the area of radiator perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the frame. Container with previously pulverised wastes of polyolefins and dosing unit with calibrated openings, disposed perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the frame, is located on the frame. Each of the nozzles is composed of hollow cylindrical body with throttle orifice connected to the union nut, to which the liquid flow divider is fixed. Liquid flow divider consists of coaxially arranged perforated conical shells. Space between these shells is filled with fine mesh. Tops of conical surfaces of shells are directed away from the throttle orifice. Spherical perforated segment is fixed in the bottom part of the divider, so that the top of the outer conical shell coincides with the centre of spherical surface of the perforated segment.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the device operation.
