FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust collection techniques and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the cleaning of dusty gases and is intended for indoor use. Sleeve filter comprises a housing with an expansion chamber in which a filter unit with bag-type filter elements is housed, a box for the entry of polluted air, a hopper, a bunker storage, a system for the regeneration of filter elements, made in the form of a shaking frame with a vibrator. In the case of the filter unit there is a temperature sensor, in the dust collector – an emergency dust level sensor, in the air outlet box – a thermal automatic sensor detector, whose outputs are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet. In the air outlet box there is a collector with injectors for connection to the fire extinguishing system, the control unit of which is connected to a common microprocessor. Each of the nozzles of the fire and explosion safety manifold contains a hollow cylindrical body with an external thread for connection to the connection of the distribution pipeline for the supply of liquid and a cap nut fixed to the lower part of the body with a divider of the liquid flow. In the body coaxial to it is made a cylindrical hole in the upper part of which a screen filter is installed, and in the lower part there is a throttle washer with a jet and a divider. Fluid flow dissector is attached to the end surface of the union nut and is of the bar type in the form of a truncated tetrahedron fixed to the end face of the union nut, the ribs of which are rods with fixed blades with stops in such a way that they can be rotated from the streams emanating from the throttle washer with the jet of the injector. Diffuser is attached to the surface of the intersection of the end surface of the union nut with its outer surface, covering with its lateral conical surface the divider of the liquid flow. Outlet of the diffuser is below the base of truncated tetrahedron, and the outlet itself is connected to an additional divider arranged in the form of a circular perforated plate perpendicular to the axis of the diffuser. Reticular dome-like element with a vertex directed away from the jet of the injector is attached to the perforated plate. Cavity of this element is filled with a porous material, for example a wire of the "hard ends" type. Central cylindrical atomizer, made in the form of a cylindrical shell, is attached to the outlet hole of the diffuser to the circular perforated plate of the additional dissector, the solid part of which is located in a reticular dome-shaped element and the perforated part of the cylindrical atomizer extends beyond the mesh dome element.
