FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for manufacturing textured electrical steel tapes or sheets applied in electric engineering, wherein temperature of thin slab made of steel with content in wt % of Si 2-6.5%, C 0.02-0.15%, S 0.01-0.1%, Cu 0.1-0.5%, at that ratio of copper and sulphur composition percentage %Cu/%S is more than 4, of Mn up to 0.1%, at that ratio of manganese and sulphur composition percentage Mn/S was less than 2.5, and N, Al, Ni, Cr, Mo, Sn, V, Nb optionally. The thin slab is adjusted up to 1000-1200°C, hot-rolled with production of hot-rolled tape with thickness of 0.5-4.0 mm at initial temperature of hot rolling ≤1030°C and its final temperature ≥710°C with compression at the first and second passes at hot deformation ≥40%. The hot-rolled tape is cooled down, coiled, and then from the coil the hot-rolled is rolled in cold state with production of cold-rolled tape with final thickness from 0.15 up to 0.50 mm. Coating from annealing separator is applied to annealed cold-rolled tape and final annealing of the cold-rolled tape with coating from annealing separator is performed in order to obtain Goss texture.
EFFECT: manufacturing of tapes and sheets with magnetic properties corresponding to magnetic properties of CGO material.
