SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. To improve magnetic properties of sheet steel, method of producing textured electrical steel sheet includes heating of steel slab at 1300 °C or less, wherein slab is obtained from steel containing C, Si, Mn, acid-soluble Al, S and/or Se, Sn and/or Sb, N and residue - Fe and unavoidable impurities, hot rolling of steel slab to produce hot-rolled sheet steel, cold rolling once or twice or more times with intermediate annealing between them to obtain cold-rolled sheet steel of final thickness, primary recrystallization annealing, application of annealing separator to surface of cold-rolled sheet steel and secondary recrystallisation annealing.
EFFECT: improved magnetic properties of sheet steel.
