FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to machine engineering. Device contains casing (11) with cylindrical chamber (111) filled with viscous medium, check valve (15) and pressure regulating valve (16). The projecting partitions (115a, 115b) are made in the cylindrical chamber. The rotor (12) contains casing and blades (124a, 124b). The check valve limits the viscous medium movement between areas (111a, 111d) during the rotor rotation in normal direction. Pressure regulating valve opens when set rotation force is exceeded in normal direction. The through channel is made in the partition or blade, or both. Under second option the device contains projecting part to narrow the through channel width. Under third option the device contains plug part for first section of the through channel of the pressure regulating valve, and resilient element for the plug part pressing. Under forth option the device has check valve made as sealing element.
EFFECT: creation of dampening element depending on rotation force, reduced probability of damage.
