FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive foam composition for gluing mineral materials, particularly building bricks, where the composition falls without cracking after application during a certain period of time ranging from less than 30 s up to 120 s. The composition contains an isocyanate-containing prepolymer, a mixture of propellants, a catalyst as well as viscosity regulating and fire-resistant additives. The composition contains at least one cell opening agent in amount of 0.002-1 wt % with respect to the entire composition and 10-15 wt % of free isocyanate in the prepolymer. The mixture of propellants contains dimethyl ether in amount of more than 50 wt % with respect to the mixture of propellants, as well as propane and/or butane.
EFFECT: foam composition does not require accelerating curing of the additive and results in durable, fire-resistant and safe gluing of stone.
