In an adhesive bandage comprising a substrate, adhesive layer on at least one substrate surface, and removable film on an adhesive layer surface opposing the substrate, a side edge of the adhesive layer is open; at least one side edge of the adhesive layer is provided on the side of the central portion of the adhesive bandage at 100-800 mcm from a side edge of the substrate. In the horizontal position with the removable film facing downwards, a distance A between an upper edge of the substrate and a lower edge of the removable film on the above side edge of the adhesive bandage exceeds a thickness B of the central portion of the adhesive bandage. The adhesive preparation contains the above adhesive bandage, wherein the adhesive layer contains a medicinal product.

EFFECT: inventions provide easy unpacking, a possibility to detach the removable or coating film from the adhesive layer when in use, and high-quality skin adhesion.
