SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, specifically an adhesive material for gluing to skin, etc. which maintains proper adherence during a certain period of time after adhered on skin surface thereby preventing tearing it off easily or causing skin irritation; and when it is supposed to be torn off from skin surface after termination of required period of time, allows tearing if off easily without causing pain or physical skin irritation, and an adhesive sticky preparation containing the adhesive material and percutaneously absorbed medicinal agent in an adhesive layer. Besides, the invention concerns the adhesive material that contains a substrate and the adhesive layer laminated on one surface of the substrate where the adhesive layer has the apparent viscosity 0.2×10⁴ to 10×10⁴ Pa × s at 30°C and contains two types of synthetic rubber of various fluidity.
