SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for phase modulation for simultaneous vibroseis acquisition, comprising steps of simultaneously generating a first seismic sweep using a first seismic source and a second seismic sweep using a second seismic source, different from the first seismic source, with relative phase offset relative to the first seismic sweep, wherein the phase offset varies during simultaneous sweeping.
EFFECT: high accuracy of survey data.
