SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an audio mixer for mixing multi-track signals according to user instructions. The technical result is achieved due to that information from tracks of audio records is transmitted to a semantic-definition transformation module, wherein the semantic-definition transformation module receives information derived from semantic mixing commands, wherein the semantic-definition transformation module generates a plurality of mixing parameters based on track information and information derived from the semantic mixing commands.
EFFECT: enabling mixing of multiple tracks of audio records according to a set of user-defined recording criteria for the eventual purpose of listening.
