SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the audio encoding / audio decoding. Device comprises parameters processor for the mixing information calculation and downmixing processor for one or more audio output channels generation and for the data stream reception comprising transport audio channels in the transport audio signal. Parameters processor is configured to receive the downmix information and to receive the covariance information, as well as for the mixing information calculation depending on the downmix information and depending on the covariance information. Downmixing processor is configured for the one or more audio output channels generation from the transport audio signal depending on the mixing information. Covariance information indicates the level difference information for one of the one or more audio channel signals, and further indicates the level difference information for one of the one or more audio objects signals.

EFFECT: technical result is increasing of accuracy of reproducing an audio signal.
