FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is implemented in the following way. Into the upper nipple 4 one supplies the product 12 to be subjected to disinfection; into the lower nipple one supplies water 13; such product and water fill the upper chambers 10, respectively. The wheel 6 with vanes 7 turns. As soon as the next vane passes the inlet nipple 4, the volumes of milk and water, respectively, are closed in the chambers 10 positioned between such vanes. In the enclosed volume of water 13 one generates plasma by way of high voltage supply to the electrode 15. As a result of plasma generation, pressure and temperature in the plasma channel increase; pressure is generated in water. Water affecting the membrane 2 transmits pressure to the closed volume where the milk 12 is. The effect of high pressure (generated within a very short time interval) on the microorganism cells leads to the microorganisms death because in the course of the short time of pressure differential the cell has no time to adapt to the change in the environment parameters.
EFFECT: invention implementation will allow to enhance the resultant product quality.
