FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: for the purpose of inner gas relive outside through a detachable opening in a loose part when inner pressure in the housing section is increased in result of gas generation in the battery pack installed in a vehicle, wherein the battery module is placed at the lower frame of the battery pack, the upper cover of the battery pack is connected in reliable way to the lower frame of the battery pack through high-adhesive sealing element and low-adhesive sealing element passing continuously along perimeter of the respective peripheral edge portions. The upper cover of the battery pack comprises a deformable stepped section having difference in height at least in direction of height, and loose part, with less strength of connection in comparison with another connected sections, is set in the area of high-adhesive element sealing element and low-adhesive sealing element passing continuously along the whole perimeter, at that the area coincides with the deformable stepped section.

EFFECT: strong sealing, release of inner gas outside when inner pressure increases in the housing section.
