SUBSTANCE: heat-regulation device for a light source (100) comprises a heat distributing element (TE) (104), comprising an upper side designed for thermal connection with at least one light source (106), secondary optics (103) for control of radiated light, a heatsink (101), thermally connected with the TE, a fan (110). To achieve the technical result, the device is equipped with the first set of thermal tubes (102), which are thermally connected to the TE (104) and built into the heatsink (101), and the fan (110) is placed on the heatsink (101). A lighting device comprises at least one light source (106) installed in a heat regulation device (100).
EFFECT: increased efficiency of cooling of lighting devices of high capacity.
