SUBSTANCE: implementation of the method involves supply to an amplitude modulator of a pulse low-frequency control voltage relative to activation of power of a laser diode with time delay Δt determined based on the following: Δt≥Δtmin=100(11-5α)tL, where Δtmin is a minimum value of supply delay time to the amplitude modulator of pulse low-frequency control voltage, tL is life time of an active centre of laser medium at the upper level of signal transition, and α = P p u m p P p u m p t h r e s is a pumping parameter showing excess pumping power Ppump over the threshold value P p u m p t h r e s . The range of variation in α value for implementation of an equal bundle of pulses is within 1.6≤α≤2.0.
