SUBSTANCE: device comprises a base, a frame of identical arched elements with a light transmitting cover, two of which are rigidly parallel mounted on the frame to form the lateral sides, the other two are rigidly interconnected at the ends of arcs, and are mounted between the first arched elements with the ability to change the spatial position relative to the base. Each of the first arched elements is provided with a vertical stiffener connecting the upper point of the arch element to the base. Two levers are pivotally mounted on each stiffener at the same height, pivotally connected to the ends of the second arcs.

EFFECT: simplified design of the device and method of its manufacture.
