SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame from single-type arc elements, support stands with stop elements, a stop, a rectangular base at least with four pockets, a light-transmitting coating. Single-type arc elements of the frame are rigidly connected to each other. The frame is equipped with limiters of its displacement, which are rigidly installed at the end of at least end arc elements of the frame with the possibility of movement in a pocket in planes, where axial lines of arc elements lie, and also with the possibility of entrance to it (exit from it). Support stands are rigidly installed on the base, in the place passing through the axial line of the central arc element. One end of the stop is hingedly fixed on the central arc element, capable of movement in the plane passing through the axial line of the central arc element. The length of the stop is selected so that every second end may contact in turn with each stop element.
