SUBSTANCE: carrier (30) is meant for transfer of containers (2) in processing system (1) including two processing plants (10, 20) located nearby. The first and second processing plants can operate independently. The carrier (30) comprises transfer path (31) between the first and second processing plants, and element (33) mounted for transfer over that transfer path for container retention and transfer. Said transfer path and transfer element allow the compensation for the difference in containers conveyance rate at the first and second processing plants. Said transfer path is provided with windings to be controlled separately. Said transfer element is equipped with permanent magnet and can be actuated by the force of magnetic field. Each said transfer element is equipped with retaining clamp (34) for retention and transfer of a separate container which clamps the container neck ring above it or below it.
EFFECT: transfer of containers between the processing plants subject to the processing rate.
