FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: design of the floor on an elastic base contains a bearing ceiling plate connected with a wall, the elastic base located on the bearing plate, it also contains a mounting plate made from a reinforced vibrodamping concrete material which is installed on the base plate of the interfloor ceiling with cavities through layers of the vibrodamping material and waterproofing material with the gap with reference to bearing walls of the production room which are made with flanging, closely fitting to bearing structures of the walls and to the bearing plate. The cavities of the base plate are filled with a vibration damping material, for example foamed polymer. Also in cavities of the base plates of the interfloor ceiling vibrodamping inserts are located which are made in the form of a cylinder from a rigid vibrodamping material in which axisymmetrically and coaxially an elastic rod is located. Along the rod axis damping disks are rigidly fixed along the whole length of the cavity. Margin disks are fixed flush with the cylinder from a vibrodamping material end faces of which, in turn, are located flush with lateral surfaces of the basic plate. The intermediate damping disks are located evenly with the step not exceeding the internal diameter of the cylinder. The elastic rod is made combined and consisting of an elastic part in the form of the rod and a damping part made in the form of an external coaxial shell of a vibrodamping material, for example polyurethane. The damping disks which are rigidly fixed along the whole length of the elastic rod of the vibrodamping insert are made combined and consisting of an elastic part in the form of disks oppositely fixed on the elastic rod from the rigid vibrodamping material, and the damping part made in the form of a disk from a vibrodamping material, for example polyurethane.
EFFECT: invention allows improving vibration-absorbing and soundproofing properties of the floor.
