FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: floor structure on the vibration cushioning base contains the base plate of interfloor overlapping with cavities connected to the wall, an elastic base located on the base plate. The elastic base further comprises a mounting plate made of a concrete, reinforced with vibration cushioning material, which is installed on the base plate of the interfloor overlapping through the layers of vibration cushioning material and the waterproofing material with a gap in relation to the bearing walls of the production room that are flanged tightly to the bearing structures of the walls and the base bearing plate. The cavities of base plate are filled with vibration cushioning material, such as foamed polymer. The mounting plate is made of a rigid porous vibration-absorbing material, for example elastomer, or polyurethane with a porosity degree in the range of optimum values: 30-45%, or of vibrosil-type needle mat on the basis of silica or aluminoborosilicate fiber, or of solid vibro-cushioning materials, for example plastic compound, or from soundproofing plates based on glass staple fiber of "Noise-stop" type with material density of 60-80 kg/m3. In the cavities of interfloor overlapping base plates, vibro-cushioning screw inserts are made of elastic polymer, for example polyurethane, or of elastic material, for example spring steel, filled with a foamed polymer, for example polyethylene or polypropylene, or with construction foam.
EFFECT: improved vibration-absorbing and soundproofing properties of the floor.
