FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of packaging and printing on it. The package is provided with the main sheet which configures the main body of the package; a layer of coloured ink which is obtained from at least one coloured ink that is applied on the main sheet; a smooth glossy layer that gives the glossy perception to the layer of the coloured ink; and the protruding layer in which the transparent varnish is printed as protrusions on the glossy layer under the prescribed conditions, that retains the glossy perception of the coloured ink layer.
EFFECT: creation of the package is ensured, which does not form an appearance with water stain marks, even when the package with a very smooth printed surface is wrapped with a highly adhesive film.
