SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. Described is a silicon-containing biologically degradable material for preventing and/or treating diseases, which are accompanied by low and/or disturbed angiogenesis, and/or diseases, a recovery of which requires an increase in angiogenesis.
EFFECT: silicon-containing biologically degradable material is applicable in higher dosage; it is degradable in a body, eg saved subcutaneously for a long period of time, and promote pro-angiogenic processes.
