FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: self-locking injector for polymer melt includes casing and lid, located in the casing with installed inside heater, at that inside the casing the cone shutoff valve with O-rings is located with possibility of free stroke. With O-rings two valve followers are mechanically linked, they are located with possibility of free movement in holes of the injector lid. At rear the valve abuts to the tight wave volume spring, its cavity is filled with liquid having evaporation point over 100°C, and is covered with spring lid having input channel for polymer melt passage. In the injector lid coaxially to the cone tip of the shutoff valve the injection nozzle is installed, it has cone sealing surface for connection with tip of the shutdown valve. The nozzle is connected with channel for the polymer melt passage, the melt passes through the injector casing and lid.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions and weight, increased free stroke of movable part of the die mould.
