SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of sustaining a material (an alloy) in thixotropic semisolidified condition in an extruder at temperature, being higher, than "solidus" temperature and lower, than "liquidus" temperature with provision of shear deformation; then spraying the material in the form of thixotropic suspension into a press mold; accumulating the alloy, being agitated in a cylinder of the extruder, in an enlarged zone before a nozzle, in which shear deformation of the alloy is being interrupted, and displacing an auger backwards in order to enlarge an accumulation zone with a rate, corresponding to a rate of the alloy displacement to the accumulation zone.
