SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises a central server with a commodity database, a client computer connected thereto via the Internet, wherein the central server comprises units for forming a three-dimensional image of store space, obtaining the position of a customer in the store and capturing an image of shelves and racks with commodities with indication of the position in which the digital image of the commodity on the shelves or racks was captured, obtaining the direction of image capturing, obtaining additional information, wherein the customer is presented in the form of a virtual object capable of moving on passages and viewing a selected commodity presented in the form of a three-dimensional object configured for spatial rotation, withdrawal or approach; furthermore, the central server is configured to register the customer and assigning a PIN code to the customer, customer identification data and transaction data for the purchased commodity.

EFFECT: high reliability of information on a purchased commodity when handling the purchase thereof in an online store by forming a three-dimensional image of the commodity whose position in space can be changed.
