SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for purification of a hydrocarbon flow containing linear alpha-olefins, their isomers and at least one organic amine; linear alpha-olefins, their isomers and amine have boiling points at atmospheric pressure, which differ by 5°C at the most. A method involves the stage of removing a primary amount of organic amine from the hydrocarbon flow by distillation; the distillation is performed so as to remove together with amine from the hydrocarbon flow, 5 to 95 wt % of isomers at a total amount of isomers in the hydrocarbon flow, in the form of amine/isomer enriched fraction.

EFFECT: reducing signal loss or degradation caused by a communication medium; using the present invention enables performing the purification with using no acid-proof construction materials.
