SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control systems for a road construction machine, particularly to hydraulic drives. Disclosed hydraulic control system for a road construction machine, which comprises a controlled pump, a hydraulic control valve linked by hydraulic lines to hydraulic cylinders of consumers (actuating members), and a pump controller, connected to the hydraulic control valve to enable the reception of a control signal from consumers. The pump controller, which is installed in the hydraulic line for controlling the controlled pump, is configured for hydraulic control from a joystick simultaneously with the hydraulic control valve, and is also configured for correcting the control signal transmitted from the joystick for controlling the controlled pump. Said controller comprises a slide valve placed in a housing, which has inlet and outlet channels, respectively connected to a joystick control unit and a control system for the controlled pump, and a discharge channel connected to a hydraulic tank. The slide valve is configured to connect the outlet channel with the discharge channel and close the inlet channel upon achieving a certain pressure in the delivery line of the pump and upon the arrival of a control signal in the corresponding control cavity of the controller.
