SUBSTANCE: method of setting the parameters of a musical composition comprises using the data of a system for setting the parameters of a musical composition for tuning the frequency of strong or measurement parts of the bar in the range of the boundary of the fundamental tone or the fifth degree of the musical composition throughout the entire or a part of the musical composition. The method employs the musical pitch in which the octave on the minor third is lower than the traditional one. The fifth tempo of the composition is calculated by multiplying the octave tempo by 1.5, and beginning with the D tone by dividing the result by 2. The duration of the bar is calculated by dividing one second by the frequency of the strong part of the bar. The boundary between the tones is calculated using the coefficient which uniformly tempers the octave by 24 tones.
EFFECT: high quality of the sound of the musical composition.
