SUBSTANCE: method includes the interaction of glycerol and purified butylorthotitanate with the molar ratio of 11.75:1 respectively with the following distillation of butanol from the mixture at a temperature from 98°C to 102°C in vacuum (residual pressure from 0.01 to 0.02 MPa), addition of the calculated amount of a 20% sodium hydroxide solution with the further determination of titanium content in the reaction mass, addition of a calculated amount of purified water, required for the dilution of the reaction mass, addition of a 0.2% zinc oxide solution and a 10% citric acid solution. The reaction mass is mixed for 15 minutes after the addition of each component. Vacuum is switched off, the obtained semi-product is cooled to the temperature from 35°C to 40°C, a 10% hydrochloric acid solution is added to pH from 4.5 to 5.6, with the further mixing for 30 minutes and pouring into a prepared container, where it is kept for 20-40 minutes until a gel-like finished product is formed.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the technological process, improve the quality and efficiency of the finished product, eliminate the release of metal titanium under the impact of light and increase the solubility of the finished product in water with the preservation of conducting activity through skin and mucosa.
