SUBSTANCE: illuminator includes light source (3) placed in body (1) with opening and reflector (4) designed to divide light passing from light source (3) into two separate light beams. At that the opening is covered with protective panel (5) with two areas (5a, 5b) of surface, to which respective light beams fall. The surface areas (5a, 5b) are made so that prevailing part of the light beam directed to the respective surface area (5a, 5b) falls to the surface area (5a, 5b) at angle of inclination less than 60°, thus reducing reflection at the protective panel (5).
EFFECT: reduced light reflection from the illuminator.
