FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering. Optical component comprises light waveguide, to which light is transmitted from one or more light-emitting diodes from a light unit placed at one end of the light waveguide, and a reflector placed at the other end of the light waveguide capable to reflect light incident to the reflector. The light waveguide comprises additionally prismatic surface containing plurality of prisms, at that each prism is placed at angle to axial direction of the waveguide to direct light emitted from the light unit in direction to output end of the light waveguide. Light source includes the optical element described in any of clauses 1-12, and is manufactured so that luminaire with filament light source may be re-equipped.
EFFECT: improvement of lighting uniformity.
