FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: moulded plastic product comprises outer and inner shells. The claimed process comprises the steps that follow. An injection mould is made to mould the outer shell from the first plastic material on at least two opposite surfaces inside the said injection mould and to mould the inner core from the second plastic material inside the said injection mould. Then, the plastic materials are hardened inside the mould cavity by heating with subsequent cooling plus the compression of the moulding so that one of its sizes is reduced to the required size of the finished product.
EFFECT: higher quality of produced flat or shaped panels.
